Zobo gives you multiple flexible ways to access your USDC earnings. Whether you want to send money to friends, transfer to a crypto exchange, or withdraw directly to your bank account, we've got you covered.

Available Withdrawal Methods

Zobo supports four main withdrawal methods:

  1. Send - Transfer USDC to another Zobo user or any email address

  2. Bank Withdrawal - Direct deposit to your local bank account

  3. Crypto Withdrawal - Send to external crypto wallets or exchanges

  4. App Transfer - Move funds to other supported crypto apps

  5. Payment Intent - Send money via email to anyone, even if they don't have Zobo yet

Supported Currencies

Currently, Zobo supports:

  • USDC on Base network

  • USDC on Ethereum network

  • USDT on Ethereum network

To check the current exchange rates for these currencies, go to Account → Rates in the app.

How to Withdraw

Send to Another User

The fastest way to move money:

  1. Tap "Send" from your wallet

  2. Enter the recipient's email address or Zobo username

  3. Enter the amount you want to send

  4. Confirm the transaction

  5. The recipient receives the USDC instantly in their Zobo wallet

Payment Intent (Email Transfer)

This feature lets you send money to anyone, even if they don't have Zobo yet:

  1. Choose "Payment Intent" from the withdrawal options

  2. Enter the recipient's email address

  3. Enter the amount to send

  4. Confirm the transaction

  5. The recipient gets an email notification with the funds waiting for them

  6. When they download Zobo and sign up with that email, the money is automatically credited to their wallet

This is perfect for sending money to friends or family who aren't on Zobo yet—they'll claim it when they join.

Bank Withdrawal

Withdraw directly to your local bank account:

  1. Select "Bank Withdrawal" from your wallet

  2. Enter your bank account details if it's your first time

  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw

  4. Confirm the transaction

  5. Your funds will arrive in your bank account within 24 hours

Important: Bank withdrawals are not instant. You should receive your funds within 24 hours maximum, but most transfers complete much faster.

Crypto Withdrawal

Send your USDC to external wallets or exchanges:

  1. Choose "Crypto Withdrawal"

  2. Select the network (Base for USDC, Ethereum for USDC/USDT)

  3. Enter the destination wallet address

  4. Double-check the address—crypto transactions cannot be reversed

  5. Enter the amount

  6. Confirm the transaction

  7. Your crypto is sent to the destination wallet

Always make sure you're sending to the correct network. Sending USDC on Base to an Ethereum-only address could result in lost funds.

Withdrawal Tips

Check Your Rates: Before making a withdrawal, especially for bank transfers, check the current conversion rates at Account → Rates to know exactly how much you'll receive.

Start Small: If it's your first withdrawal to a new bank account or crypto address, try a small test amount first to make sure everything works correctly.

Network Fees: Some withdrawal methods may have small network fees. These are always shown before you confirm the transaction.

Instant vs Delayed: Send and crypto withdrawals are instant. Bank withdrawals take up to 24 hours.
